Where are your products made?
Our textiles are sewn in Sweden, with rugs handwoven in Portugal. All products are crafted to the highest quality standards.
What materials do you use?
We work primarily with OEKO-TEX certified linen — environmentally friendly and free from harmful substances. The flax is sourced from France and Belgium, and the colouring powder from Germany.
How do I wash my products?
Most items can be washed at 40°C, inside out on a delicate cycle. Bedding and towels can be washed at 60°C. All products are pre-washed and tumble dried before shipping, so shrinkage is negligible. Fringed items are sewn with a zigzag seam to prevent fraying.
Are your products pre-shrunk?
Yes — all products are washed and tumble dried before they reach you, so what you see is what you get. Measurements are approximate and account for our wash process.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a full refund on undamaged items. Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
